DENNIS L. FONTELROY
Dennis Fontelroy an Ordained Elder in the Church of God in Christ, having served as President of the Kansas Southwest Missions Department in the jurisdictional assembly. Still currently serving as President in the local and district assembly. Dennis Fontelroy is currently the President of Dads Care 2, a support and advocacy group for fathers based in Wichita, KS.
He has also served on the board of the Kansas Family Advisory Network (KFAN) and the Wichita State University School of Social Work Advisory Board. In addition to having served as the Fatherhood and Kinship Navigator for the Kansas Children’s Service League.
Elder Fontelroy also serves as an advisory consultant for Dads with a Purpose, an organization designed to teach men to effectively father the next generation. We employ a grassroots organizational approach. The appeal and effect of this pattern begins and ends with building relationships with the micro on to the macro levels. Co-founders President Keith Meeks and Project Manager Benjamin C. Bell Jr. have grown a structure built upon evidenced based principles. Dads with a Purpose has proficiently demonstrated that transformational model which works in prisons, schools, churches, and the community. The emotional intelligence and leadership that drive this organization are as undeniable as the results. Intentional collaboration, a proven curriculum, and a trained staff that believes in the intrinsic value of the human creature all serve to assist men in co-parenting their children.
Mr. Fontelroy is currently working for systemic change in family services as Co-Chair for Family First Prevention Services Act in the Wichita region. He is a father and resides in Wichita, KS with his lovely wife Tiehta.

Fountain of Life Ministries provides spiritually centered, sustainable solutions for creating strong families. Our focus aims to eliminate economic disparities and create healthy lifestyle practices for youth, teens and parents from all walks of life. We are a faith-based organization of stewards implementing strategies and programs that have created a community of strong and healthy families. We connect, prepare and empower individuals with the core essentials needed to increase self-reliance, responsibility and family engagement by providing solutions to reduce poverty, improve health outcomes, engage parents, and eliminate disparities in Wichita, Kansas and the surrounding areas.
The vision for this work is a parent-driven and family-oriented ministry that seeks to engage parents in all family systems. The goal is to help parents play a more positive role in the lives of their families through support, resources, education, and training. The long-term goal of Fountain of Life Ministries is to strengthen and rebuild the nuclear family as well as co-parenting families. To change the culture of parents in America, change the perception of men and women by society from negative to positive and increase the influence and participation of fathers in their children’s lives.
